I. APPLICATION INFO
Are you interested in joining the San Andreas Fire & Medical Department? Before you apply, make sure you meet these requirements:

- You must be a registered citizen of the State of San Andreas.
- Hold a valid driver's license recognized in the State of San Andreas.
- Have a good grasp of the English language and be able to communicate effectively with others.
- You should not be involved in any ongoing court cases.
- Have not been convicted in court within the last six months.
- Meet the minimum physical requirements: at least 40 kg in weight, 5'3" in height, and be at least 18 years old at the time of application submission.

In addition, applicants should hold a degree.

Here are some important rules to follow during the application process:

- You cannot receive assistance from anyone outside of the department during the recruitment period, except through channels established by the department.
- Plagiarism in your application will result in immediate denial.
- Use of any artificial intelligence (AI) will lead to immediate denial.
- Please refrain from contacting academy staff regarding your application.
- Once accepted as a Trainee, you are expected to remain active throughout the academy period as you prepare to become an official member of the department.
- Contact with academy staff should only be made through the channels provided by the department.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

I. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Introduction
This document represents a mutual agreement between the Department and the applicant seeking official employment and completion of their academy training within the Department. Its purpose is to outline responsibilities, rights, and benefits associated with becoming an official employee upon acceptance. The monetary obligation ensures that the dedication and efforts of RTD officers are honored and respected throughout the process.

Section I - Responsibilities
As an employee, you are expected to:
- Follow departmental regulations, protocols, and procedures diligently.
- Comply with lawful orders from superiors.
- Successfully complete the Trainee rank within a 3-week period.
- Serve the department for at least 4 weeks after promotion.
- Should you resign during your academy period, a fee of $250,000 will be charged to cover expenses incurred for services and equipment used during your duty.

Section II - Departmental Rights
The department reserves the right to:
- Dismiss employees deemed unfit by RTD Members or Command Staff.
- Administer disciplinary action for any breaches of contract terms.

Section III - Benefits
Employee benefits include:
- Salary during active service.
- Bonuses for exceptional performance.
- Recognition and decorations based on conduct.

Non-disclosure Clause
This contract also functions as a non-disclosure agreement. By applying for employment or being hired through recruitment, the employee acknowledges the potential exposure to classified material. Unauthorized disclosure may result in charges of treason. By joining the department, the individual voluntarily agrees to uphold the confidentiality of departmental materials, even after employment termination, unless authorized by the department chief or assigned personnel.
