ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GOVERNOR N. WALKER
I have a vision for our state's future as I write this today — one that calls for hard choices and a steadfast dedication to advancement. It is my grave responsibility as your loyal governor to see to it that our cherished country prospers.
I'm launching a slew of initiatives to achieve this vision, which will guarantee our financial stability and usher in an unprecedented period of growth. The toll rates for a few cities and counties in our state will be adjusted immediately, paying special attention to the roads that are frequently used by freight carriers.
Given the critical role that our trucking community plays in the economy of the state, it is now necessary to recognize their noteworthy input. As a result, we have made the decision to show our appreciation by charging a small fee of $3000 for the right to enter and exit specific strategic locations. You can be confident that this charge is a tiny token of our gratitude for the damage that these hardworking people cause to our infrastructure, their selfishness can and will not be tolerated no more.
We have made the decision to honor the diligent government employees who work nonstop to maintain the smooth operation of bureaucracy in order to further show our dedication to justice. From now on, they will receive a well-earned pay raise in recognition of their dedication.
On top of these, we will be increasing taxes for luxurious properties and vehicles, as it is needed for the budget.
I have no doubt that these actions will promote an atmosphere of cooperation and understanding. Working together, we will lead San Andreas into an era of development and prosperity. Come together, for the future holds a more powerful and energetic state for us.

Dear citizens of San Andreas!
We look back on an eventful year in 2023 and part of 2024 in which our state government has mastered highs and lows. But now it is time to hand over the scepter again and initiate our annual elections.
Every citizen of San Andreas has the right to register themselves and their party on this list. The following requirements apply:
*Proof of citizenship of the United States.
*Background check from the San Andreas State Police Department.
*Only parties are allowed to stand for election, not individuals.
If you, dear citizens of San Andreas, meet these requirements, we would be very happy to have you nominated. It is your task to organize various election campaigns, at least one is required, but we recommend organizing several election campaigns. The way in which you use these election campaigns is completely up to you - as long as you comply with the laws of San Andreas.
You should pay attention to the following:
*It is your duty to follow the instructions of Congress and the San Andreas State Police Department.
*You are not permitted to carry out criminal acts during your election campaign. - This will lead to immediate and permanent termination.
*Your Vice Governor must already be determined when the election begins.
*You are not permitted to manipulate the election.
